1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering, or licensing Welurik Review ("Service", "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company or development studio, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity.

2. License Grant & Lifetime Access

Upon payment of the ₹9,999 One-Time Lifetime License fee, Welurik Media grants you a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide software license to utilize the Welurik Review funnel, in-app SDK trigger snippets, AI reply drafting engines, and website social proof widgets for your mobile apps.

There are no mandatory recurring monthly or annual subscription fees, no automatic renewal charges, and no hidden maintenance debits.

3. Strict Store Policy & Anti-Manipulation Warranty

Welurik Review is designed to provide legitimate customer feedback assistance. You explicitly agree:

• No Fabricated Reviews: You will not use the platform to generate bot, fraudulent, or non-authentic store reviews.
• No Review Gating: You will not alter client templates to prevent users who select low ratings from accessing public store pages.
• No Incentivization: You will not offer financial rewards, game currencies, or coupons conditioned upon receiving 5-star ratings.
• Editorial Freedom: End-users retain full discretion to edit, modify, or decline to submit any AI-generated draft.

4. Fair Use & AI Compute Limits

To ensure platform reliability and prevent abusive automated scraping, accounts are subject to fair use computing thresholds. Each active Lifetime Pro license includes a generous monthly allocation of AI review and developer reply generation requests (up to 10,000 calls/month), which automatically resets each billing cycle.

5. Refunds & Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely through certified gateway partners (Razorpay). Since digital software licenses are provisioned with immediate access, refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis within 7 days of purchase if technical faults prevent software operation.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

While Welurik Review utilizes advanced ASO keyword injection and friction-reduction techniques, we do not guarantee specific numerical search rankings or rating scores, as third-party store algorithms (Apple Inc. and Google LLC) remain outside our control.
