1. Overview & Commitment
Welurik Review (operated by Welurik Media, "we", "our", or "us") provides an in-app mobile reputation and review acceleration software platform designed for iOS and Android application developers. We are committed to protecting the privacy of both developers who license our software and end-users who interact with our review booster links and widgets.
2. Information We Collect
A. Developer Account Data: When registering as an app developer, we collect your business email, hashed credentials, connected mobile application names, package IDs, and transaction identifiers.
B. End-User Feedback Data: When an end-user submits a private note through our 1–3 star Bug Shield form, we collect their voluntary comments, optional contact information (name/email/phone), and anonymous device diagnostic info (device model and OS version).
C. Telemetry Data: Anonymous performance counts such as link opens, rating selections, review drafts generated, and app store redirections.
We do NOT collect sensitive financial credentials, government IDs, biometric data, or precise geolocation.
3. Artificial Intelligence & LLM Processing
Welurik Review integrates generative AI technologies (including Google Gemini Flash and specialized local NLP models) to assist end-users with review drafting and developers with customer replies.
- Customer data submitted for review generation is processed ephemerally in server memory.
- Customer inputs are never used to train public foundation AI models.
- Generated reviews are presented to the end-user as editable drafts which they may freely modify or reject.
4. Store Policy & Review Compliance
Our platform operates in strict compliance with the Apple App Store Review Guidelines (Section 5.6.1) and Google Play Developer Program Policies:
- No Review Gating: End-users who rate 1, 2, or 3 stars are never blocked from visiting the official Google Play or Apple App Store pages. They are provided direct store access alongside an optional private message channel.
- Zero Incentives: We strictly prohibit offering monetary compensation, virtual currencies, discounts, or prizes in exchange for reviews.
- User Authorship: All published reviews are submitted directly by the authentic device holder into their personal store account.
5. Data Retention & Deletion Rights
Developers can request complete deletion of their account, connected apps, and customer feedback tickets at any time directly through the dashboard or by emailing support@welurik.com. Upon confirmation, all associated database records are permanently purged within 30 days.
6. Security Measures
We implement industry-standard cryptographic practices: Web Crypto HMAC session tokens, scrypt password hashing with unique salts, constant-time equality comparisons, TLS 1.3 encryption in transit, and role-based access restrictions.
